This casement lock is constructed of diecast and comes in a brass-plated finish. It features one lock handle with a choice of three different keepers; one is a rim strike used for swing-in casements, another is a surface strike, also used for swing-in casements, and the third is a mortise strike, used with push-out casements. This type of casement locking hardware works with casement sash that is butt-hinged to the jamb leg of the window frame. Casement hardware like these are commonly used on old style wood casement windows.
