18% chrome stainless flatware has 38% more chromium than 13% chrome. All forks and spoons in the Walco Collections have nothing less than 18% chrome for all forks and spoons. All heavy weight quality patterns are machine finished for smooth, polished surfaces. Fork tines and spoon bowls are graded for added tensile strength and balance. The knives are 420 type stainless and electro-polished.
