The beautiful Katsura Tree bears delicate, heart-shaped foliage that seems everchanging. Its leaves emerge bronze to reddish purple, turn blue-green in Summer and finally, yellow to apricot in fall. The big surprise comes in its sweet, spicy aroma that's compared to ginger cookies, caramel and cotton candy. It quickly grows 40 ft. H to 60 ft. H, doing well even in clay soils. Zones 4-8.
