Brandywine Flowering Crabapple Tree Bare Root

Stock status: In stock
Country: United Kingdom

The Brandywine Crabapple distinguishes itself by the elegant, hot pink miniature rose flowers that bloom in mid-spring. Most crabapple flowers have a rounded form, more like daisies, but Brandywine is 1 of the exceptions. The tree limbs burst to life with these vibrant blossoms, creating an eye-catching ornamental tree that's unlike any other. In summer the Brandywine Crabapple is also 1 of the few to boast multi-colored leaves. The new growth is a dark shade purple, slowly fading up to a neutral green color on the older leaves. The red crabapple fruit hanging among the purple and green leaves create a spectacular display in summer as well. Brandywine displays numerous colors all throughout the year and is an excellent multi-purpose ornamental tree.

  • Flowers blooming on Brandywine look just like miniature roses
  • Double-blossoming means that for every bud on the tree, 2 mini-roses will bloom
  • Brandywine fruit is perfect for homemade crabapple jelly
  • Brandywine flowers and fruit strongly attract butterflies, honeybees, deer and any other wildlife in your area
  • Brandywine is among the most desirable, adaptable and elegant crabapples
