Stainless steel handle stays cool and is riveted for strength. Ridges for grill marks/browning and allows for oil/fat to drip down. Deep walls hold a large amount of fodd and prevents splatters. Works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500°F. Not Induction compatible. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
