1 qt. Semi-Gloss Arm-R-Seal Urethane Interior Topcoat

Arm-R-Seal topcoats are made with only the highest quality urethane resin, making them extremely durable and long lasting. They are formulated to be wiped on with a cloth or applied with a foam brush, thus eliminating drips and sags. They penetrate to provide deep down protection and that natural look.

• Produces a warm amber tone which will continue to darken over time
• For interior use only
• Arm-R-Seal produces the highest level of durability
• Has a thin viscosity, 100-200 cPs
• Good ventilation, air movement and higher temperatures will accelerate the dry time
• Always avoid using furniture polishes, dusting sprays, or oil soaps as they may contaminate the finish for future recoating
• Use a water dampened cloth for regular cleaning
• Clean water spills as they occur during regular use and protect it from heat
• While this product is water resistant, it is not impervious to water
• Use mineral spirits for applicator cleanup
• Do not clean until the finish has cured completely for 30 days
• On bare wood sand to 150 or 180
• Can be wet sanded into the wood using 400 - 600 grit if excells is wiped off after sanding
• Dry-time to touch is 12 hours
• Dry-time to re-coat is 24 hours
• Dry-time before light use is 7 - 10 days
• Dry-time until cured is 30 days
