Handcrafted from Asian hardwoods and veneers, this unfinished mantel ships in 3 pieces: 2 legs and 1 header. The legs attach easily with nuts and bolts. 3-piece mitered scribe moulding set included to hide gaps after installation. Mitered hanger boards are included for easy installation to your mounting surface. 1-1/2 in. projection off of the wall leaves space behind the mantel to accommodate tile, stone. Look for the pearl inlay on the right hand side of the shelf as proof that you have received an authentic Pearl Mantel. The inlay is masked for ease of painting/staining, remove the mask when done. Unfinished only, paint and stain grade. Light sanding suggested before paint/stain is applied. Wood is combustible and heat clearances must be adhered to. Please consult a professional for hanging hardware to ensure a secure and safe mount.
