Vulkem 116 does not require a primer on most construction materials. Vulkem 116 White is conveniently designed for interior and exterior use, Vulkem 116 10.1 oz. Polyurethane Sealant is used to tightly seal pre-cast, masonry and other construction joints as well as window frame perimeters.
