The heat- and shatter-resistant tempered glass lids have stainless steel rims for added strength and feature vent holes for quick monitoring of the cooking process. Designed for quick and even heat distribution, this cookware features bonded tri-ply base construction consisting of 18/8 stainless-steel, an aluminum core and magnetic stainless-steel, making this valuable cookware set perfect for use with any cooktop type - including induction. Handles are designed to be resistant up to 200 F (93°C). Not suitable for oven use or under a broiler. Dishwasher-safe.
