• Use BEHR MARQUEE paint as a primer for properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (2 primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas; for heavy stains, test for stain bleed-through by applying BEHR MARQUEE as a topcoat to a small section; if bleeding continues, a longer dry time is needed before top coating
• Apply product on dry substrates when air and surface temperatures are between 35°F - 90°F (2°C - 32°C) and will remain between 35°F - 90°F (2°C - 32°C) for at least 4 hours after applying; allow paint film to dry for at least 60 minutes prior to rain showers when temperatures are between 60°F - 70°F (15°C - 21°C) and 60% - 70% relative humidity
