Just beneath this layer is 3 of state-of-the-art cooling GelFlex engineered latex foam which combines liquid gel with high-density foam for enhanced pressure-relieving comfort and greater cooling. The 5 Reflexa high-density foam base yields long-lasting durability and support. This mattress is both platform and adjustable base friendly. Foundation sold separately. When your mattress arrives feel free to enjoy the mattress immediately upon unboxing, however, the mattress may take up to 48 hours to expand to full height. The mattress may have a slight odor upon packaging removal which will dissipate in a few days as this is common of all memory foams.
